My name is Emily and I love baking, in fact I have always loved baking, it's been a passion of mine for many years. But we all know how it goes; life gets busy and baking went on the back burner for the most part, but since becoming vegan my baking passion was rekindled in the form of egg and dairy free baked deliciousness and making treats that taste just as good - if not better - than the real thing. It all started with a rocky road recipe I converted and since then I have been able to transform and try a number of vegan cake recipes. I have always wanted to make cakes as a business but wasn't really brave enough to take the plunge until now. I want to create tasty goods that people love, cakes that are vegan and still delicious, cakes that none vegans can experience and love. So drink tea, eat cake and always be kind 💚
